Carlton Resource Solutions
Say hello to Kevin Riley
Carlton is delighted to be settling into our new offices in Provender House. This is our first serviced office and we couldn’t be more happy with our new surroundings. The Waterloo Quay team were a great help with our move and were there at every juncture to ensure a smooth transition and to deal with any issues along the way. We have been encouraged to use the gym facilities here at Waterloo Quay and also have a couple of handy table tennis players and a scratch golfer in the office so please feel free to give us a challenge!
Carlton has been trading since 1981 and we are specialist providers of recruitment, HR, payroll and outplacement services. Within the disciplines of Accounting and Finance, Commercial, Engineering & Technical, Industrial & Trades Trades and Information Technology, Carlton has a proven track record in resourcing and placing temporary, contract and staff hires for clients based in Aberdeen, UK and all over the world. Our clients are a mix of oil and gas, renewables, technology providers, educational establishments, professional firms, manufacturing companies, retail and the service industry. From a one day reception cover to a staff placement in a managerial role, we have the capability to source and secure candidates at all levels.
Please feel free to get in contact, whether it's to inquire about our recruitment services, or simply to challenge us to a game of table tennis, I'm sure we will be able to help!

Meet Dawn: WQP's On-site Cognitive Hypnotherapist
Every Wednesday, Waterloo Quay Properties is welcoming Dawn Walton on-site. Dawn is a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, public speaker, and author of 'The Caveman Rules of Survival'.
Although her main office is in Dundee, Dawn also has a room every Wednesday with us here at Waterloo Quay Properties, and carries out sessions for people all over the world via Skype and Facetime.
Dawn refers to what she does as 'de-hypnotising' you out of behaviours that get in the way of your life, which is explained further in this TED talk: http://bit.ly/2lulNjI
A course of therapy is typically 2-3 sessions over a 6 week period (for whatever problem or issue you may have). Dawn can help with anything from workplace stress, improving sales performance, fear of failure or public speaking, to weight loss, depression and anxiety, as well as troubles with children such as eating problems or worries.

North East Rider Volunteers (NERVs) has become WQP's first on-site charity!
Based in The Courtyard (located at Provender House), NERVs is a not for profit charitable organisation formed to assist the NHS, without charge, by the provision of out of hours transport for various supplies and equipment.
NERVs is made up of volunteers, people who are prepared to give their time freely to help the NHS save lives. The needs of the charity are many, and range from riding/driving as a courier, to assisting at fundraising events. If you are interested in joining the NERVs team, please email email@example.com.
Sunrise to Sunset Dash... On the 17th June, Dumfries and Galloway Blood Bikes (DGBB) is set to undertake the Sunrise to Sunset Dash, riding to the four farthest mainland points of Scotland. Setting off from Mull of Galloway lighthouse (South), six riders will make a beeline to Ardnamurchan lighthouse (West), then across to Keith Inch (East) where NERVs will join the DGBB team to ride to Dunnet Head (North) to raise money for the DGBB group.
NERVs would also like to say a big thanks to Dunnet Bay Distillers for donating bottles of Rock Rose Gin and Holy Grass Vodka, which the NERVs team will be raffling off to raise further funds for the group.
Find out more at the NERVs Facebook page.
GOOD LUCK NEIL!
The WQP team would like to wish Neil Carr from Aberdeen Marine Surveyors all the best in his upcoming charity boxing match to help raise money for Cancer Research UK.
Taking place on Saturday 18th March, Neil will put his boxing skills to the test, having no current experience in the ring - a very brave move from Mr Carr!
To support Neil or sponsor his shirt (for £50) please visit his Just Giving page at: http://bit.ly/2kqMqr3
