Aberdeen-based HR Consultancy, Involve HR, has moved to the city’s Waterloo Quay serviced offices, marking the company’s seventh year in business.
The team, formally based on South Silver Street, will now occupy their own larger suite in the newly renovated, harbour-side location. The move will enable the team to offer their clients informal areas for general meetings as well as offsite meeting rooms in order to facilitate any external HR support.
Gillian Tierney, Partner, comments: “This is a positive step for the business as we mark a significant milestone. As with many businesses in the city, we too have endured some ups and downs in recent times, but by fine-tuning our services, we hope to strengthen our position in the industry and continued to increase our client portfolio.
“With the knock-on impact the oil and gas industry challenges have brought to every sector, our HR team continues to add value and lend support to a variety of clients, whether on a short or long term onsite basis. Not only have we provided client organisations with an objective and impartial view, we also offer one that is informed and experienced in all aspects of HR and strategic HR support.
“Lending HR support of this nature, at a time where the city has come under immense pressure, is something that is providing genuine peace of mind, a strategic focus and grounding, and enabling businesses to move forward comfortably.
“As the city begins to recover a little we are seeing teams coming out stronger and more focussed on the future – something that we can also relate to. We are looking forward to welcoming clients to our fresh, modern working space in a new era for the Involve HR team.”
