Office Rental

Whether you are looking for a temporary hot desk or a site for your new corporate HQ, we can provide you with a solution. The estate comprises of ten bespoke office buildings, which can cater for small or new start businesses, up to large corporate HQ's, offering both short and long-term leases.

Access & Secure On-Site Car Parking

Parking is not a problem at Waterloo Quay. We have three-hundred secure spaces in our surface and multi-storey car parks. There is also free on-street parking in this vicinity. All visitors can pre-book parking spaces if required, subject to availability. Tenants have 24/7 access and Quay Life members can access their designated areas throughout the day.

Full FM Support

Our facilities management team is based on-site, to take care of any issues that may arise, backed up by a tried-and-tested network of preferred contractors.

Full IT & Comms Support

We work closely with IT & Comms providers, to deliver both a secure and high-speed network, on a 'plug and play' system throughout the site.

PO Boxes & Franking

If you don’t need an office and are always on the move, invest in one of our PO Boxes - offering you a choice of up to ten prestigious business addresses.

Courtesy Shuttle Bus

Running between the city's main transport hub, principal shopping areas and Waterloo Quay, our convenient shuttle bus operates a frequent service during peak times.

Shower & Changing Facilities

We have showers and changing rooms on-site (both male and female) for those wishing to freshen up before, during or after work. We can also provide towels and a selection of toiletries, as well as secure locker storage.

Reception & Admin Support

Our reception and administration support available on an 'as and when' required basis, to help keep your business costs as low as possible.

Meeting & Conference Facilities

Our state of the art flexible meeting and conference facilities provides the perfect venue, for up to fifty delegates.

Coffee Shop & On-Site Catering

Caboose is our exclusive on-site coffee shop, serving hot and cold drinks, breakfasts, lunches and snacks throughout the day. A full catering menu is also available, with your selection delivered directly to your meeting, at a time that suits.

Gymnasium & Fitness Centre

Quay Fitness is our fully-equipped gymnasium. There is a multi-gym, two squash courts, a table tennis table, and even bicycles with helmets available to rent - great for blowing off the cobwebs while cycling along the seafront.
