We would like to say a huge welcome to the WQP newbies:

And a big hello to our very first Platinum Quay Life member...
Brunel International Ltd.
Onwards and upwards for Peterson
We would like to say a big congratulations to our tenant, Peterson, who has been awarded substantial contracts this half of 2017.
The International energy logistics provider has been awarded a five year contract with BP Trinidad and Tobago LLC (“BPTT”) to provide integrated logistics services for its operations in Trinidad & Tobago. The scope of work includes integrated supply base operations management, logistics control planning and pipe yard operations.
In January, Peterson commenced work on Shell’s integrated logistics supply contract, following the award of a five year contract by Shell UK at the end of 2016. Peterson is also providing integrated logistics for Ithaca Energy's Harrier field development located in the heart of the Central Graben area of the Central North Sea. Set to commence in the second quarter of 2017, and expected to last around six months, the contract will be managed and serviced out of Peterson’s quayside and warehouse facilities in Aberdeen.
And last but not least, the logistics provider has also signed a partnership agreement with Port Cameron LLC, to develop a state-of-the-art port and supply base facility in the Gulf of Mexico. Peterson will provide logistics consultancy services to support the planning and initial development of Port Cameron, a 500-acre deepwater staging port situated in Cameron, Louisiana, serving the Gulf of Mexico.

TEXO DSI (UKCS) LIMITED
Texo DSI Ltd recently moved into Provender House at Waterloo Quay Properties in response to a vast level of opportunity for our business in the North-east and as part of our long-term strategic plan.
We specialise in the provision of ‘game changing’ UAV survey and inspection services for oil & gas, renewables and industrial clients and have developed a market-leading fleet of UAV platforms and associated survey and inspection technology.
Our technology is ideally placed to service the demanding needs of not only the oil and gas community, but a number of other mission-critical industrial sectors in the region, therefore our dedicated office and client meeting facilities at Waterloo Quay will be an important aspect of our operations in the North-east.
Texo DSI Ltd is a division of Texo Drone Survey and Inspection Limited; operators of the world’s most comprehensive and dynamic fleet of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, incorporating advanced multi-rotor and fixed wing RPAS (Remote Pilot Aircraft System).
The use of Remotely Operated Ariel Vehicles or UAV’s for survey and inspection has grown tremendously over the last number of years. The technology is very much welcomed as an integral part of the survey and inspection landscape. It not only enables mission-critical industrial assets to be inspected live (and therefore saving clients’ significant amounts in associated shutdown costs), it also represents a much safer inspection method than deploying personnel on ropes.
The technology is now one of the most efficient and accurate ways of surveying land and assets (primarily in Texo DSI’s Survey-Grade LiDAR technology). To find out more, contact Shelley Regan, Commercial Development Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org or visit www.texodroneservices.co.uk
**Quay Fitness under new management**
We are pleased to advise that we have agreed a five-year licence to operate Quay Fitness gym, squash court and table tennis facilities with Jamie Ballantyne of LFL Fitness Personal Training!
You will therefore see Jamie's friendly face a lot more onsite as his licence is effective immediately. Jamie is always looking for ways to improve the scope of services offered at Quay Fitness, therefore if you have ideas about what you would like to see in terms of equipment and services offered by LFL Fitness, then please do not hesitate to share your thoughts with him.
For our current Quay Fitness members, there will be no adverse effect on your use of the facilities, although there are a few small changes being introduced which we hope will enhance the usability and enjoyment of the facilities available, including the conversion of one of the squash courts. This court is being transformed into a dedicated weights and fitness room, with various pieces of new equipment and a matted area to offer some interesting alternative solutions for personal strength and conditioning.
If you wish to use the squash court we would encourage pre-booking. Please contact Provender reception at email@example.com or call 01224 565000 to avoid disappointment.
Closed Facebook Group
We are always looking into more beneficial ways to communicate with our tenants and members to keep you up-to-date on both major and minor work activity at Waterloo Quay, or on-going works within the buildings. We have found that although email is the most beneficial method for business communications, it isn't always as timely as hoped. We have therefore create a closed Facebook group for all of our tenants and Quay Life members to keep up-to-date with our activity.
If you haven't already received an invitation to join this group, please click the image above and you will be redirected to the group. We also welcome your feedback on WQP or any recommendations you may have, so please feel free to post these in the group.
We want to hear from you!
We love to shout about what is happening with our tenants and in the Waterloo Quay community! Therefore if you would like the opportunity to feature in our next newsletter, please get in contact with Carolynne Riley at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We also have a shiny, insightful news section on our website which includes our news, tenant news, special features and events, which we'd love to feature you on!
