WQP Start-Ups - Part 3 - Leaving no stone unturned

A newbie to the Aberdeen City and Shire letting world, Vince Spangenberg has set up his pro-active, residential letting agency to give both landlords and tenants in the North East of Scotland, a great new choice for all their letting needs.  Taking out the hard work and pressure off their long suffering issues, Pebble Mountain Properties allows them in turn to focus and spend their valuable time on their own day to day activities, in the safe knowledge that their property is in good hands.


With a strong sales background and a passion for good customer service, Vince has gleaned valuable knowledge on what standard of service should be expected and be the norm from a letting agent and how to avoid all the pitfalls that he himself has been subjected to on numerous occasions over the years.


Fortunately, learning from issues that he has personally experienced either as a landlord or tenant in the past, Vince is pleased to offer a first class customer service, keeping all concerned in the loop with regards to what is happening with their property, knowing only too well that communication is key.
