Waterloo Quay Properties invests £26 million

North-east property development and office leasing company, Waterloo Quay Properties, has invested a total of £26 million in changing the harbour landscape over the last 15 years. The investment has seen Waterloo Quay buying, refurbishing and developing 10 commercial office developments, offering bespoke space with a comprehensive range of onsite facilities.


Offering in excess of 160,000 square feet of mainly Grade ‘A’ office space, Waterloo Quay’s range of onsite services include a coffee shop, manned reception areas in principal buildings, meeting and conference suites with break-out areas, a fully equipped gymnasium with two squash courts, IT and communications support offering up to one Gigabit Ethernet Internet access throughout the site, extensive surface and multi-storey parking for 287 cars and a courtesy shuttle bus.


Clients currently benefitting from this include Harkand, Peterson UK, DOF Subsea, North Atlantic Drilling, Apollo Offshore Engineering, BW Offshore and KD Marine.
